Year in Review 2023
2023 marked year one of our 5-year Strategic Framework to focus on the value and impact members want us to deliver.
In the past 12 months, so much has changed and yet somehow stayed the same: devastating conflicts, a broiling climate crisis and injustice, inequality and threats to civil society continuing to flourish. The need for philanthropy to help improve the lives of people and planet alike is more pressing than ever.
We can at least be encouraged to see that, despite the upheavals in the world in the past year, the vision and priorities that we laid out as an organisation continue to be as relevant – and even more relevant – today as when Philea was established.
