What next? with Baroness Manningham-Buller
Maecenata Stiftung will host “What next?”, a discussion with Baroness Manningham-Buller, Chair of Wellcome Trust, on dealing with uncertainties of the future, on 9 February, at 18:00 CET.
The year is 2021. Having lived through a year that was crippled by a global pandemic, economic uncertainty and political turbulences, citizens across the world are hopeful that 2021 will bring more certainty to their lives. While the deployment of COVID-19-vaccines, and the outcome of the U.S. election, have provided positive news to many, the future still holds many uncertainties.
The event will provide an opportunity to discuss these uncertainties and feature a Q&A session with Rupert Strachwitz, Vice Chairman, Deutsch-Britische Gesellschaft, and CEO, Maecenata Foundation.
