The Philanthropic Leadership Platform: China-Europe 2026 will take place in Shanghai on 13-20 September, organised in partnership with the China Foundation Forum and with the support of Stiftung Mercator.
Philanthropy is facing rising expectations in a more uncertain and complex world, shaped by political volatility, social pressure, environmental crisis, and tighter financial conditions. The Philanthropic Leadership Platform: China-Europe offers a rare space to step back, learn with peers, and strengthen long-term resilience across regions. Through collaboration and knowledge exchange, participants gain deeper insights and practical strategies to enhance their philanthropic practice.
Hosted in collaboration with Shanghai United Foundation, the Philanthropic Leadership Platform: China-Europe is an intensive peer-led learning and exchange programme for philanthropy professionals from China and Europe.
