Organisational Development Community of Practice – Funder’s Role in Supporting Partners’ Organisational Well-being
The Organisational Development Community of Practice will explore “Funder’s Role in Supporting Partners’ Organisational Well-being” online on 14 November.
Well-being has emerged as a priority within the Organisational Development (OD) Community of Practice, serving as a key driver for funders to shift from transactional to transformational grantmaking. To empower non-profits for long-term success, the sector must invest in the health and sustainability of grantees, recognising partner wellbeing as a crucial pillar of organisational development support.
This interactive session will see representatives from the Laudes Foundation and Luminate lead a discussion on how foundations can approach their partners’ organisational well-being more strategically and systematically. This session will be structured as an informal conversation, encouraging participants to raise questions, share their experiences, and contribute to the collective knowledge on partner wellbeing.
