Organisational Development Community of Practice – Creating Space for Aligning Core Values with Organisational Practices
The Organisational Development Community of Practice will come together online on 14 October to explore “Creating Space for Aligning Core Values with Organisational Practices”.
An Organisational Development (OD) grant can create a space for an organisation to explore its core values and how these are embodied, or not, in both its programmatic work and internal practices. As we encourage our grantees to go on an OD journey, how can we lead by example and show up with self-awareness and a coherent practice?
Curated by Carole Frampton-de Tscharner, PeaceNexus Foundation and Malika Dreyfuss, Fondation Hans Wilsdorf, the session will see the contribution of different voices from the community that have experience with supporting value-driven change.
This will be a space for sharing respective experiences and learnings, as well as entry points and first steps we can take to initiate courageous conversations and coherent practices within our own organisations and teams.
