The Organisational Development Community of Practice will explore “Bridging Efforts Across the Atlantic” online on 8 May, the third webinar in a new series on “Building Resilience in Times of Crisis”.
What OD approaches and flexible funding models have US-based funders developed to support grantees in times of crisis? What lessons can European funders learn from these experiences, and vice versa? Who are the key actors that can help strengthen transatlantic collaboration in OD support?
This session will focus on understanding the OD support that funders in the US provide, learning from their experiences and exploring how we can build stronger connections between Europe and North America
This webinar series will not be only a space to exchange immediate responses but also think critically about how to reshape funding and support structures in ways that centre local leadership, foster long-term sustainability and challenge existing power imbalances in the philanthropic ecosystem.
