Operations Professionals Network – Resilience Across Philanthropic Operations
The Operations Professionals Network will convene in Brussels on 1-3 July to explore “Resilience Across Philanthropic Operations”
The gathering will examine resilience across five operational domains; legal; finance; grants; IT; and HR at a moment when foundations face mounting external pressures, from shifting regulatory environments and hostile operating contexts to rapid technological change and growing demands on people and teams.
Working groups will address the full breadth of what resilience means in practice: governance, accountability and safeguarding; risk management and crisis response; digital sovereignty and the tracking of risk; psychological safety and people resilience; and the role of AI as both an enabler of and challenge to organisational stability. The sessions will move between the structural and the human, exploring how foundations can support their partners and grantees while also tending to the resilience of their own teams and operations.
