EFC Operations Professionals Network Autumn Meeting 2019

The EFC’s Operations Professionals Network (OPN) will have its autumn meeting on December 2-3 in Lisbon, hosted by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

The meeting will see 50 participants from 13 international grantmaking foundations come together to share, learn and connect on a range of topics including:

• Change management
• Due diligence on grantees
• Diversity and inclusion
• Business intelligence
• Practical applications of Artificial Intelligence
• Foreign funding restrictions

The meeting will feature a special presentation by Thomas Hilbink of Open Society Foundations on foundations getting better at covering the indirect costs of their grants.
