EFC Disability Thematic Network Annual Disability Funders’ Forum 2020

The EFC Disability Thematic Network will hold its Annual Disability Funders’ Forum 2020 online on 25-26 November, offering an opportunity for members of the network to exchange, learn and connect on issues of common interest related to disability and strengthen relationships with peers from the sector.
During the first day, attention will be given to the EU Disability Strategy 2021 -2030, what it aims to, what it will focus on and what action it foresees to ensure that disability rights are taken into account across all EU policies, programmes and instruments.
The second day will be dedicated to providing an overview and a better understanding of the Recovery Fund for Europe and of the International Cooperation and Development Policy Budget, what opportunities and resources are there for the social sector.
The participants will hear from policymakers and have the opportunity to pose their questions.
