EFC Data Science Talks – Artificial intelligence
The EFC Data Science Group, bringing together data scientists and data enthusiasts working within the philanthropic sector, will host the first of its Data Science Talks on 28 September, focusing on the topic of artificial intelligence.
Prof. Giuseppe Ugazio, Edmond de Rothschild Assistant Professor in Behavioural Philanthropy and Dr. Joost Mönks, Lecturer on Regional and Emerging Philanthropy at UNIGE will present the three main pillars underlaying the multidisciplinary academic research, capacity building and global dialogue agenda they propose for empowering foundations in leading the ethical and inclusive AI revolution, namely AI for foundations’ core operations, AI for philanthropic impact, and AI and ethics.
Following the presentations and interactive discussion, the group will have the opportunity for private conversations on exciting developments to watch, share updates from their ongoing work, make meaningful connections and promote the use of data for social good.
