Data Science and AI Group – Connecting the Dots: The Future of Data Science and AI

The Data Science and AI Group will host “Connecting the Dots: The Future of Data Science and AI” on 18 May, in Copenhagen, Denmark, just before the Philea Forum 2026.
As AI reshapes how organisations work, the sector must grapple with how to use it responsibly and ensure it supports meaningful impact.
Ahead of the community’s first Philea Forum session, this event is for members of the community to discuss relevant topics relating to responsible AI usage, data quality issues, measuring impact, governance and current trends in AI, and plan the future activities of the community. The event will help to set the stage for a new era for the community since its formalisation earlier in 2026.
The event will take place at the Pioneer Centre for Artificial Intelligence, initiated by the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science to support world-class artificial intelligence research focusing on societal challenges, people and design.
