The Freedom Fund launches Funding Frontline Impact resource for funding frontline organisations
The Freedom Fund has launched Funding Frontline Impact, a new resource for funding frontline organisations featuring a set of principles for frontline funding alongside practical guidance, case studies and downloadable resources.
A resource for new, prospective and experienced donors who are funding, or want to fund, frontline organisations in any cause area or geography, it includes 10 principles for frontline funding, as well as guidance across four ‘big’ grantmaking questions and video case studies to help contextualise the learnings.
The experience and learnings are drawn from The Freedom Fund, a global fund with the sole aim of ending modern slavery that has funded over 170 frontline organisations since 2014, and has structured the experience into advice, stories and tools to help other funders with their own frontline grantmaking.
