Saying goodbye to Leticia Ruiz-Capillas

After three decades of engagement and following an agreement with Philea, Leticia has decided to leave our organisation. For the remainder of 2022 she will be taking well deserved holidays, with an official end date of 31 December 2022.

Leticia joined the EFC in 1993 as an intern and has held many roles in the organisation. She has been a key member of senior management for most of her tenure, including most recently Head of Operations.

Leticia has been instrumental in building the EFC, and it is also on this legacy that Philea was created.

We wish Leticia the very best for her future personal and professional plans and thank her for her important commitment, dedication and loyalty during all these years.
