Women Win
Women Win operates as a multidimensional global women’s fund with expertise across three interconnected areas:
- GRLS focuses on advancing girls’ rights through sport, supporting community-based organisations with grantmaking, accompaniment, and collective learning approaches that champion local leadership and knowledge.
- Win-Win Strategies catalyses cross-sectoral partnerships between women’s funds, women’s rights organisations, and corporate partners to advance girls’ and women’s economic resilience through holistic programmes, gender-responsive due diligence, and supply chain improvements.
- Ignita ignites collective action through democratised philanthropy, providing fiscal sponsorship, fostering shared-learning ecosystems, and supporting feminist funds with innovative participatory grantmaking processes.
As our key strengths, we recognise acting as a connector and bridge-builder across the gender justice ecosystem, holding four distinct movement roles—Resourcer, Connector, Space Holder, and Cultivator—whilst pioneering feminist, decolonised, and participatory approaches to philanthropy that shift power towards grassroots movements.
