Austrian Foundations Association (Verband für Gemeinnütziges Stiften)

The Austrian Foundations Association (Verband für Gemeinnütziges Stiften) was founded in 2015 to improve the amplitude, quality and acceptance of charitable funding in Austria.  The association works independently on supporting and developing the local foundation sector. In its work for its over 100 member organisations, the association concentrates on charitable giving foundations and funds, as they are important drivers for sustainability and social innovations.

The Austrian Foundations Association represents and connects charitable stakeholders in and for Austria and wants to form a movement that actively works for Austria’s society in order to make it resilient and sustainable.
