Migration and Belonging Network
This network, created by Philea and EPIM, brings together foundations and funders interested in exploring how migration connects with areas like democracy, climate and social cohesion. It offers a light-touch space for strategic reflection, peer-learning and informal collaboration on how philanthropy can engage on migration and belonging across Europe.

A philanthropic community in Europe that approaches migration in an intersectional, systemic and collaborative ways, grounded in lived experience and connected to wider questions of democracy and belonging.

- Peer learning and knowledge sharing through online calls and in-person convenings each year, including sessions linked to the Philea Forum and EPIM Forum.
- Creating collaborative infrastructure by bringing together funders whose entry points include migration, equality, climate, democracy, arts and culture, social cohesion and more.
- Reimagining funding through collective peer-learning on topics including participatory grant-making, movement building, centering lived experience, future-oriented learning

Join the Community
The wider community brings together foundations and funders that:
- Directly fund migration and equality,
- Or approach these questions through other lenses such as climate, democracy, arts and culture, education, agrifood or social cohesion
Community members can:
- Receive updates on network activities
- Participate in online and in-person exchanges
- Share their knowledge, questions and examples from different countries and thematic areas
Participation is primarily aimed at foundations and funders.
