Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network launches new peer-learning journey

Philea has announced the launch of a new transformative peer-learning journey, organised by the Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI) network. The initiative is designed to inspire and empower foundation representatives to advance gender equality in their operations and programmes. The programme is open to funders only.

Participants in this new programme will gain knowledge, develop practical skills and network with peers, enabling them to design and implement gender-responsive initiatives effectively. This initiative is crucial as gender equality is essential for sustainable development, peace, and democracy.

The programme will feature an online training series of seven 90-minute modules, combining expert insights and interactive sessions. The modules will focus on both the importance of gender equality and practical implementation, covering topics like funding structures and organisational strategies for gender mainstreaming.
