Tiepolo Open House 2026
Philea will host “Tiepolo Open House 2026”, an online information session for staff from Philea Full Member organisations interested in participating to the Tiepolo – Philanthropy Placement Programme to hear more about the programme.
The philanthropic field is rich in diversity and constantly evolving. Yet, the opportunities for practical, on-the-ground learning remain limited. Tiepolo is a peer-learning placement programme created to empower foundation professionals through a hands-on, peer-learning experience in which foundation staff spend time working with a designated peer in another European foundation.
The session will introduce Tiepolo as a peer-learning placement opportunity, where foundation professionals spend a few days working alongside peers in another European foundation. It will explore how these short-term exchanges create space for practical, on-the-ground learning, allowing participants to observe different approaches, share experiences, and gain fresh perspectives on their own work.
The session will cover how the programme works in practice, including the application and matching process, how placements are tailored to individual learning goals, and what both participants and host organisations can expect from the experience. It will also highlight the benefits of this hands-on, exchange-based approach to learning across the sector.
