Philea Open House on Equality

As Philea’s Year of Equality draws to a close, Philea will host a special Open House on Equality, online on 28 November, this interactive online session will introduce and explore Philanthropy and Equality: A Framework for Sharing Power and Addressing Inequalities, a practical tool designed to inspire action and reflection across the philanthropic sector.  

Across the Philea network, many philanthropic organisations are already engaging with issues of equality, power, justice and inclusion in thoughtful and meaningful ways. This framework builds on those efforts, offering a shared space for reflection, alignment and collective progress. 

Regardless of where you stand as an organisation, we invite you to join and explore four key areas of practice:

• Relational Approaches 
• Redistribution of Capital 
• Systems Thinking 

Each area is brought to life with real-world examples from foundations across Europe, showcasing how theory is being translated into meaningful change.
