Philea Open House on Equality
With Philea’s Year of Equality 2025 behind us, Philea will host a special members-only Open House on Equality, online on 28 January, this interactive online session to reflect on the past year.
How did our member-driven networks and communities incorporate equality in their activities? What went well, where can we improve and what are the key takeaways? How can we bring learnings from 2025 into this year which will focus on Climate and Environment?
The session will offer space for practical exchange, with breakout conversations and peer-to-peer dialogue. It will unpack how Philea’s equality work shows up across our networks and communities, explore how members are putting the equality framework into practice, and surface concrete ideas for deepening this work in the years ahead.
