Organisational Development Community of Practice – Peer-to-Peer Audit for 2024: Co-Creating Our Path for 2025
The Organisational Development Community of Practice will explore “Peer-to-Peer Audit for 2024: Co-Creating Our Path for 2025” online on 12 December to decide, as a community of Organisational Development (OD) funders, what the focus of 2025 will be.
What practices or initiatives worked well in OD funding this year? What challenges were the most difficult to navigate? What are the most urgent unmet needs in the OD? What practices or models need to change to better meet these needs?
This session will bring together the OD community to reflect on 2024 and share key insights and experiences to uncover the needs, gaps and priorities for 2025. This effort will culminate in a shared understanding of what challenges the community can tackle in 2025 and will distil actionable insights and commitments for the year ahead.
