The Organisational Development Community of Practice will explore “Building Effective Partnerships” online on 10 April, the second webinar in a new series on “Building Resilience in Times of Crisis”.
How do power dynamics influence partnerships, and how can funders, grantees and external service providers collaborate in a way that ensures grantee agency and ownership? How do we identify and assess the right partners for support? What roles can intermediaries play in strengthening grantee resilience?
This session will provide meaningful support on collaborating with intermediaries and external service-providers.
This webinar series will not be only a space to exchange immediate responses but also think critically about how to reshape funding and support structures in ways that centre local leadership, foster long-term sustainability and challenge existing power imbalances in the philanthropic ecosystem.
