From Vision to Change: Towards 2030

The National Foundation for Civil Society Development is hosting “From Vision to Change: Towards 2030” on 26-28 November in Zadar, bringing together representatives of civil society organisations, local authorities, educational institutions, youth and senior groups, and international partners to jointly reflect on the future of civil society and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

The conference builds on the event “Civil Society 2030: Croatia, EU, Euro-Mediterranean” held in 2019, which laid the foundations for strengthening civil society in the new decade. Six years later, participants will meet in Zadar to assess progress made and to explore what needs to be done in the next five years to advance the achievement of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Over three days, the programme will feature plenary sessions, thematic workshops, networking opportunities, and discussions on key trends and challenges shaping the role of civil society in Croatia, Europe, and the wider Euro-Mediterranean region.

The conference aims to serve as a dynamic platform for exchange, learning, and collaboration, contributing to a shared vision for a sustainable and inclusive future.
