EFC Organisational Development Event Series – OD strategy
The EFC Organisational Development Community of Practice will host the second event of this year’s event series exploring “OD strategy” on 6 October.
This peer-learning session will be led by Adriana Craciun, Senior Adviser – Organisational Development and Capacity Building, Oak Foundation, Thierry Renaud, Director, Impact and Sustainability, Fondation MAVA and Simon Mériaux, Manager, Impact & Sustainability, at Fondation MAVA. The session will feature a series of interesting case studies from Fondation MAVA, Womanity Foundation, Compagnia di San Paolo and Charities Aid Foundation on how and why they use organisational development and will then move onto a Q&A session to better understand the presented practices and approaches. The meeting will provide the participants with a unique opportunity to share their own OD strategy and needs assessment methods, and to network, interact and learn with peers.
The recently launched Organisational Development Community of Practice offers a space for foundation staff from EFC members to share experience, knowledge and support, and to pose questions and raise concerns about organisational development, both within their own organisations and in relation to their grantees.
