Organisational Development Event Series – Needs assessments
The EFC Organisational Development Community of Practice will host the third event of this year’s event series exploring “Needs assessments” on 30 November.
This peer-learning session will be led by Adriana Craciun, Senior Adviser – Organisational Development and Capacity Building, Oak Foundation, and Carole Frampton-de Tscharner, Organisational Development Lead, PeaceNexus Foundation, presenting an overview of OD in their respective organisations, as well as present specific tools their organisations use for needs assessment.
The recently launched Organisational Development Community of Practice offers a space for foundation staff from EFC members to share experience, knowledge and support, and to pose questions and raise concerns about organisational development, both within their own organisations and in relation to their grantees.
