EFC Operations Professionals Network Summer Meeting 2020

The EFC Operations Professionals Network (OPN) will hold its Summer Meeting for 2020 online on 8-9 June.

The five subgroups that comprise the network (COOs, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal) will organise topical discussions that will place front and centre the responses of the participating foundations to the COVID-19 emergency. A highlight of the programme will be the second edition of the benchmarking exercise on operational expenses, which will generate comparable data and provide openings for insights into the policies behind the numbers.

Managing fraud risk
OpEx benchmarking
