EFC European Environmental Funders Group Webinar – Key findings from “Environmental Funding by European Foundations vol.5”
In parallel with the launch of the 5th edition of Environmental Funding by European Foundations, the EFC’s European Environmental Funders Group (EEFG) will host a webinar on 20 April, 16.00 – 17.30 CET to present and discuss the key findings of the publication.
The most comprehensive study to date on support for environmental initiatives provided by European philanthropic foundations, this latest edition (based on the 2018 financial year), covers more than 5000 grants from 127 European public-benefit foundations, and together, these grants amount to a total of almost €750 million, and projects in 146 countries.
Delphine Moralis, Chief Executive, EFC, will introduce the mapping within the context of current EFC and EEFG work and after that, Jon Cracknell from The Hour Is Late, will present the main findings of the research.
