NOW ONLINE – EFC European Environmental Funders Group Spring Meeting – Philanthropy and the Global Commons: environmental challenges and opportunities

The EFC’s European Environmental Funders Group (EEFG) will dive into ”Philanthropy and the Global Commons: environmental challenges and opportunities” in an online meeting on 1 April, 9:30-11:00.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak the meeting scheduled for the 31 March 1 April in Gland, hosted by the MAVA Foundation and Oak Foundation has been cancelled and instead replaced with an online discussion and conversation focused on the main topic of the meeting: the Global commons.

The gathering will provide a space to debate the opportunities and challenges of the Global Commons, as well as existing and as yet un-imagined avenues for philanthropy to deepen its engagement in the transition to a net-zero emission economy.
