Digital technology has profoundly changed children’s lives, connecting them to a world of opportunity, and providing them with a wide set of skills for navigating the digital world. If used proactively as a tool to foster development, technology has the potential to be life changing, especially for children left behind due to poverty, race, gender, disability, ethnicity, displacement or geographic isolation.
This webinar will look at examples of foundations who have engaged in using technology and social media as tools to empower young people and amplify their voices.
