Cultivating a Culture of Philanthropy through Crowdfunding in Central and Eastern Europe
Philea will host “Cultivating a Culture of Philanthropy through Crowdfunding in Central and Eastern Europe” online on 6 June for philanthropy infrastructure practitioners based in Central and Eastern Europe to explore how to cultivate a culture of philanthropy through crowdfunding.
With the ambition to tap into the knowledge of infrastructure organisations in Central and Eastern Europe, the session will look into the digital transformation of the philanthropy ecosystem, and mainly how to cultivate a culture of giving within national contexts through crowdfunding platforms. The session will feature the approaches of the Centre for Philanthropy, Catalyst Balkans and Open Collective Europe.
