CEO Exchange – Leadership in an Age of Uncertainty
The CEO Exchange will meet on 29-30 June in Espoo, under the theme of “Leadership in an Age of Uncertainty”
The CEO Exchange community gathers the CEOs of the foundations that compose Philea’s core funders and provides safe spaces for them to engage in high-level conversations on strategic leadership matters; the evolving roles and responsibilities of philanthropic organisations; and governance issues.
For the second year in a row, the CEO Exchange will leave Brussels to convene in the vicinity of members’ activities. Set within Nordic nature, art, and design, the exchange will take time to reflect on the role of CEOs in a deeply turbulent and uncertain world.
Over a day and a half, the exchange will combine interactive, hands‑on formats with a small number of curated conversations with expert speakers, creating space both for collective reflection and more personal exchange.
