8th Zurich Day of Foundation Law
The University of Zurich will host the 8th Zurich Day of Foundation Law on 28 January in Zurich.
Governance is more critical than ever to the success and sustainability of a foundation. But what does good foundation governance look like in practice? Which questions should founders and members of foundation boards be asking? What do supervisory authorities expect, and how can communication with them be managed effectively? What role does governance play in maintaining tax-exempt status? And what particular challenges and considerations arise in the context of enterprise foundations, family foundations and foundations affiliated with universities?
These and many other questions surrounding foundation governance will be addressed at the 8th Zurich Foundation Law Day.
