In Czechia, foundations and Funds (without endowment) are legal bodies gathering and administrating assets to support third public-benefit parties. Since 2014, the "new" Civil Code has been effective, which has brought significant changes to the legal regulation of a significant part of the entities moving in the non-profit field. The new Civil Code now includes the regulation of foundations and funds.
