Call for proposals from Fondation BNP Paribas – ”Climate and Biodiversity Initiative”

Fondation BNP Paribas have launched a 4th call for proposals for their ”Climate Initiative” program to support research on climate change and biodiversity.

The program, now renamed as the ”Climate and Biodiversity Initiative”, seeks to support projects for the 2020-2022 period and has a budget of 6 million euros across the program. Since the initiatives inauguration in 2010 it has supported 18 international research projects with 12 million euros of funding for research and awareness campaigns on climate change.

The latest call will however support research on both climate change and biodiversity, recognising the damage climate change is having on biodiversity worldwide.

The deadline for proposals is the 28th April 2019.
