Applications are open for the Tiepolo – Philanthropy Placement Programme 2025, organised with the support of Fondazione Cariplo and Fondazione CRT.
The philanthropic field is rich in diversity and constantly evolving. Yet, the opportunities for practical, on-the-ground learning remain limited. Traditional courses are often long, online-only, or designed for senior executives, leaving a gap for foundation staff at all levels who seek meaningful exchanges that deepen understanding of the field and improve philanthropic practice.
Tiepolo is a peer-learning placement programme created to empower foundation professionals through a hands-on, peer-learning experience in which foundation staff spend time working with a designated peer in another European foundation. Since its launch, TIEPOLO has facilitated 37 placements across 18 countries, building a vibrant network of professionals equipped with new perspectives, practical tools, and enduring relationships.
