Applications are now open for the inaugural Philanthropic Leadership Platform: Russia-Europe, launched in partnership with the Vladimir Potanin Foundation and taking place from 4-8 November 2019, in Brussels.
Based upon the successes of the previous Philanthropic Leadership Platform exchanges between China and Europe, and Latin America and Europe, the EFC is launching a new Philanthropic Leadership Platform, in partnership with the Vladimir Potanin Foundation; the Philanthropic Leadership Platform: Russia-Europe. The platform will see 20 participants explore what’s next in philanthropy and learn from some of the most innovative peer organisations in the sector, for four days in Brussels.
The programme is built on the following specific activities:
- Group work on specific topics
- Plenary discussions
- Lectures and trainings
- Intergroup workshops
- Excursions to other foundations and non-profit organisations
- Site visits to local philanthropy projects
There are no registration costs for the programme, participants are however responsible for covering the costs of travel to/from the programme location, including costs associated with visas; and accommodation costs. All other costs associated with the programme will be covered by the organisers.
To apply applicants must demonstrate the explicit support of their organisation’s management for their full participation in the programme and submit their application by 25 August.
