EASL International Liver Foundation ILF
The EASL International Liver Foundation is a global non-profit organization, recently established by the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL). ILF is committed to increasing the quality of life and reducing premature mortality for the greatest number of people by improving liver health. They fund educational services, disease awareness-raising initiatives, and healthcare interventions.
Fondation Alta Mane is a Swiss non-profit foundation headquartered in Geneva and founded by private individuals in 2005. The aim of this grant-making Foundation is mainly to support young people living in conditions of extreme social marginalization and poverty, as well as those affected by serious illness or disability, offering them access to artistic experiences. Affiliated to SwissFoundations. They have an Italian branch, Fondazione Alta Mane Italia.
Fondation Daniel et Nina Carasso
Fondation Daniel et Nina Carasso, established in 2010, funds projects in two areas: sustainable food and art. The foundation’s geographic scope of intervention is primarily France and Spain. Although named after the founder of food company Danone, this grant-making family foundation is independent from any company. Fondation Carasso, which is currently engaged in the Programme and Host Committees of our Annual Conference, is registered in France under the aegis of Fondation de France.
Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT
Mission: Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita – CRT (FSC), created in 2007 upon initiative of the CRT Foundation, is focused primarily on development and growth in the territory of Piedmont and Val d’Aosta. They deploy initiatives aimed at delivering social impact within regional ecosystems, considering the entrepreneurial world as well as moderate/low income populations. Their main fields of action are Social Housing, Shareholding and Investing, and Social Business.
Foundation for Future Generations
Founded in 1998 as a public benefit foundation in Belgium, Foundation for Future Generations aims at promoting sustainable development in order to pass on a liveable world to future generations. The foundation was created with a small endowment and can now count on resources of diverse origin, thanks to their fundraising activities and several partnerships. FFG is mostly operative, with rapidly expanding grantmaking activities.
The Prince Claus Fund was established on 6 September 1996 as a tribute to HRH Prince Claus’s dedication to culture and development. The fund supports, connects, and celebrates artists and cultural practitioners where cultural expression is under pressure. The Fund supports culture and development in Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe.
Stichting De Verre Bergen is a social investment fund created in 2011. Interest on the Foundation’s endowment is their only source of funding. SDVB focuses primarily on development and implementation of social programs in Rotterdam, following the venture philanthropy approach.
