Fondation Lombard Odier

Fondation Lombard Odier was created by the partners of Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie, private Swiss bank, in order to regroup the philanthropic actions of the bank and the partners with a view to proactively indentifying projects that deliver impact, and improving the image and development possibilities for grantmaking foundations in Switzerland.

To fulfil the public good supporting programmes and projects in the education, science, environment and culture.

Sustainable Development
Aims to meet the challenges of sustainable growth by encouraging research and innovation, as well as initiatives aimed at changing our habits and customs, with a view to protecting the environment more effectively.

Innovation and Youth Entrepreneurship
Seeks to foster the entrepreneurial spirit, pursuit of excellence, and creative talents of the next generation.

Philanthropic Sector
Aims to improve the framework conditions for philanthropy by facilitating exchange between donors and beneficiaries, as well as supporting studies on social needs and ways of responding to those needs. The foundation also seeks to stimulate media interest in philanthropy.
