The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation has announced the top 100 proposals received from its 100&Change competition, revealing all on an online platform designed to boost visibility and garner support for the ideas.
The proposals represent the top 21 percent of competition submissions, designated as the ”Top 100”, in its 100&Change competition that will see a single $100 million grant awarded to the best proposal that seeks to solve one of the world’s most critical social challenges. Each proposal was evaluated on four criteria to provide the top 100, from which the Board of Director’s at the MacArthur Foundation will select up to 10 finalists.
The top 100 proposals can all be explored on a new online platform the Bold Solutions Network, that will showcase the highest-rated proposals and can be sorted by subject, location, Sustainable Development Goal, or beneficiary population to view proposals based on area of interest.
