Philanthropy Australia National Conference 2021 – What does the future need from us, now?
The Philanthropy Australia National Conference 2021, “What does the future need from us, now?” will take place online on 21-22 April and 5-6 May focussing on what communities around the world need from philanthropy as we move forward into a changed future.
The programme will unpack and debate the future needs of our society and the role of philanthropy in addressing these challenges, and ask: what directions should we take? Who decides? And based on what evidence or signals?
The first two dates, 21-22 April, will feature a series of virtual plenary sessions that will challenge, motivate and provoke debate by probing how our attitudes, approach and practice must evolve to remain accountable to the future. The second two dates, 5-6 May will offer an opportunity to reflect and refresh, with two days of interactive workshops led by a number of leading practitioners, leaders and change-makers.
