Call for applications for 2020 International Fellows Programs
The Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society has opened up a call for applications for the 2020 International Fellows Programs, both the Senior International Fellows Program, and the Emerging Leaders International Fellows Program.
The Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society, based at The Graduate Center of The City University of New York, has run the International Fellows Program (IFP) since 1989, and in that time trained 224 fellows from 67 countries across the globe. The current focus the programme is on community foundations and strengthening local cultures of giving and both programmes will seek to emphasise learning about philanthropy and civil society with a comparative perspective.
The Emerging Leaders International Fellows Program lasts 2-3 months and will provide leadership training though seminars, meetings, and applied research. The programme is intended for young scholar-practitioners.
The Senior International Fellows Program last for 4 weeks and is designed for decision makers, and constitutes an opportunity for professional development for experienced Third-Sector professionals.
